windsor, ontario wedding ~
before i get into wedding photos and details, i just wanted to let my blog readers know that i’m changing things up a bit and i’ll be frequently posting more than one post for each wedding! i’ve found it extremely difficult to narrow down the photos that i want to show my clients, and i think that from now on i’ll be splitting up my wedding posts, so stay tuned for Part II in a few days (or tomorrow…. you just never know)!!
last weekend i was truly blessed to be able to photograph the beautiful wedding that was Andrea & Keith’s.
i do have to say one thing before i keep writing, and that is that i was so very excited that it was only about 20C here in Windsor that day, not the 40C (with humidity) that has been every other wedding i’ve photographed in the last few months.
i know that weather and temperatures aren’t really blog worthy, but believe me when i say that the fact that nobody (including myself) melted into a puddle of goo IS definitely blog-worthy indeed.
i have a soft spot for high school sweethearts (since i married mine and he’s pretty fabulous), and Andrea & Keith are one such lucky couple.
together for 11 years, these two beautiful people are finally married.
they met on a school trip to Quebec, and have been together ever since. throughout the evening reception, i heard story after story about how perfect, special, and meant-to-be these two are.
when Andrea & Keith are together, they are already home.
a couple of highlights from the day include an RV that has been converted into a limo (no joke) and it was spectacular! there was also a unicycle riding videographer, a ring bearer and flower girl that used the church aisle to show off their sprinting abilities, a wedding party that adored each other, a stop at a local pub for some good fun, and a cool ice sculpture martini luge and slushy machine at the reception!!
i want to thank Andrea & Keith for asking me to be a part of their wedding day. i am so blessed to have been able to be a part of your lives during such an exciting time!! thank you for trusting me to capture your memories, thank you for adoring each other so much and making my job easy, and thank you for being so darn sweet and wonderful!!!
